Assessment 

The process begins by developing a therapeutic relationship that fosters trust and openness, creating a foundation for meaningful work. At which time we can begin reviewing current stressors and exploring potential triggers that may be contributing to present challenges.

Goal Exploration

In this stage, we work together to identify individualized therapy goals and outline the steps you feel ready to take toward them. We’ll begin to imagine how reaching these goals can positively impact your overall well-being and ease current challenges, while gently exploring any obstacles that might come up along the way.

The Process

As we work toward therapy goals, we’ll explore and practice new skills while drawing on the strengths you already have. Together, we’ll take time to reflect on your experiences and what they reveal about your stressors and triggers. Throughout this process, the aim is for you to build effective tools to use beyond sessions, helping you develop a wider range of coping strategies, a stronger sense of self-confidence, and an overall improvement in your quality of life.
