Hello, I'm Tina.

I'm a licensed mental health counselor with more than a decade of experience supporting adults through periods of stress, change, uncertainty, and personal growth.

Clients often come to me when their usual ways of coping are no longer working—or when they feel overwhelmed by emotions, relationships, expectations, or major changes in their lives.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD-related challenges, trauma-related concerns, substance use concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. My goal is to provide a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing, feel understood without judgment, and develop tools that you can use beyond the therapy room.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family and finding opportunities to escape to the beach whenever possible.

What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel intimidating—especially if you've never worked with a therapist before.

I want the process to feel straightforward.

1. Schedule a Free Consultation

We'll start with a brief 15-minute phone consultation. This gives you an opportunity to share what brings you to therapy and ask any questions you may have.

2. Talk About What You Need

If we decide to move forward, we'll spend time understanding what's happening in your life, what you'd like to change, and what you hope to get from therapy.

3. Develop a Plan Together

We'll identify goals and strategies that make sense for you and adjust our approach as your needs change.

4. Begin Moving Forward

Therapy isn't about becoming a different person. It's about gaining greater understanding, building effective coping strategies, and creating a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
